OOO Retreat – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to OOO Retreat ("the Retreat"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Retreat Information
The Retreat will be held November 10–12, 2026, at Wild Rice Retreat in Bayfield, Wisconsin.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all registered attendees.
2. Registration & Payment
Your registration is confirmed once your initial payment has been received.
If you choose a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the Retreat. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the deadline will result in cancellation of your reservation. Any payments previously made will be forfeited, and your space may be offered to another attendee without further notice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All Retreat registrations are non-refundable.
We are unable to offer refunds for cancellations due to illness, injury, travel delays, weather, family emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or any other personal circumstances.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person by providing written notice to the Retreat organizers no later than 7 days before the Retreat, subject to organizer approval. The attendee is responsible for arranging the transfer and any associated financial transactions between the original and new attendee.
No refunds will be issued after a ticket transfer.
4. Travel & Accommodations
Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from the Retreat unless otherwise stated.
The Retreat organizers are not responsible for travel delays, airline cancellations, weather events, road closures, or other transportation issues that may affect attendance.
5. Assumption of Risk
Participation in the Retreat is voluntary.
By attending, you acknowledge that participating in retreat activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical activity, hiking, outdoor recreation, sauna use, movement sessions, travel, and use of Retreat facilities.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
6. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless OOO Retreat, its owners, hosts, speakers, contractors, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to your attendance or participation in the Retreat.
You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, belongings, and personal decisions during the Retreat.
7. Medical Responsibility
You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and mentally able to participate in Retreat activities.
The Retreat organizers are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice or treatment.
You are responsible for carrying any necessary medications and notifying organizers of any emergency information you believe is important.
8. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings.
OOO Retreat and Wild Rice Retreat are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
9. Guest Conduct
We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.
We reserve the right to remove any attendee, without refund, whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, harassing, illegal, or significantly interferes with the experience of other guests or staff.
10. Photography & Media
Photography and video may be captured throughout the Retreat.
By attending, you grant OOO Retreat permission to use photographs, video, and audio recordings in future marketing, promotional materials, social media, and educational content without compensation.
If you have concerns about appearing in media, please notify the organizers prior to the Retreat, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
11. Schedule Changes
Retreat programming, speakers, activities, accommodations, and schedules are subject to change without prior notice if necessary due to circumstances beyond our control.
The organizers reserve the right to make substitutions or modifications that maintain the overall quality and purpose of the Retreat.
